Julie Nix, MSHA

Baptist Health

Julie Nix is a native of Arkansas and has worked in the healthcare industry in central Arkansas for over 28 years. She serves as Baptist Health's corporate vice president of Women and Children's, Surgery and Rehabilitation Services. 

Julie's journey in healthcare began with a desire to help people, which initially led her to pursue a career in nursing. However, she soon realized she could significantly impact others from a different perspective. Transitioning to healthcare administration was a pivotal decision that allowed her to profoundly influence the lives of others. Since the mid-nineties, Julie has been at the forefront of strategic growth, development, and clinical quality improvement initiatives, shaping the healthcare landscape in central Arkansas. 

Julie holds a master's degree in health services administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Holly Agud, M.D.

Baptist Health

Dr. Holly Agud is from North Little Rock, Arkansas. She earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Vanderbilt University before attending the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for medical school and residency. After completing her Psychiatry residency, she worked at the VA Hospital in North Little Rock in the acute inpatient psychiatry unit. Additionally, she served as the NLR-VA Site Director for UAMS medical students' third-year psychiatry clerkships. She was involved in UAMS psychiatry residency, serving on the residency education council and leading the curriculum committee. Dr. Agud is passionate about teaching and is the new Associate Program Director for the Baptist Health-UAMS Psychiatry residency program. She is also establishing a consult-liaison psychiatry teaching service at BHMC-NLR. In her free time, Dr. Agud enjoys baking, watching Star Wars movies, and having Beyblade tournaments with her sons, Oliver (age 7) and Hamilton (age 4).

Heather R. Williams, M.D.

UAMS

Dr. Heather Williams is a gynecologic oncologist at the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.

Diane Wilder, M.D.

CARTI

Dr. Diane Wilder is a board-certified, fellowship-trained medical oncologist with CARTI, a not-for-profit multidisciplinary cancer care provider. She is committed to empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health, whether recommending guideline-based diagnostics and treatment or encouraging them to receive preventive screenings and implement research-backed lifestyle changes to enhance their longevity and quality of life.

A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, she completed her internal medicine internship and residency and medical oncology fellowship at the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. She is affiliated with the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the Pulaski County Medical Society. She serves patients at CARTI’s flagship campus in Little Rock and the CARTI Cancer Center in North Little Rock.
