Laurie Gruneich started her career with Cox Communication in 1998 in Omaha Nebraska, starting as Field Service technician, known today as a Core technician. She has worked numerous roles in the Field organization while working her way to the Vice President of Field Operations – Central region.
Her passion is leading teams who are responsible for the customer experience. In her 26 year career with Cox she has led teams in Field Operations, Customer Care, Systems Operations and Outside Plant Maintenance.
Laurie and her wife reside today in Northwest Arkansas where their son is entering his senior year at the University of Arkansas.

Ashley Mohadjer, DO
Cardiology, Baptist Health
Ashley Mohadjer, DO, earned her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She completed a residency in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, and went on to complete her fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she served as the Chief Fellow. She then completed her fellowship in interventional cardiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Mohadjer is board certified in internal medicine, interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. “I am passionate about cardiac disease and seek to provide a well-rounded, whole person approach to patient care,” Dr. Mohadjer said. “Channeling my excitement for teaching and education, I want to teach my patients so that they may understand their disease process in their own terms, as well as any treatments that may be recommended.”
Shanna Richardson

Shanna Richardson is a seasoned professional with over 23 years in the Scouting movement. She currently serves as the CEO of the Natural State Council Council, Boy Scouts of America, covering 67 Counties in Arkansas.
Shanna began her Scouting career in 2001 as a Scoutreach Paraprofessional at the Trapper Trails Council in Utah, advancing her career with The Scouts in Florida and in Arkansas since 2021. She has enjoyed a strong and successful career with many accomplishments and many lessons learned along the way. Shanna firmly believes that it is time that we refocus on supporting our youth in Arkansas.
Shanna is married and has 3 girls, all 3 are scouts. Pastimes include hiking, gardening, hobby farming and running. One lesson learned early in her career was gifted to her by another female Scouting professional. Someone once told a group of young female professionals to “do it scared!” Many things we do in this career are difficult, intimidating, or scary. We are strong…..let’s get it done.
Donna Shipley, MD
Family Medicine, ACHE
Dr. Shipley is a board certified family medicine physician who teaches clinical skills to ARCOM’s first and second year DO students. Dr. Shipley has over 20 years of clinical experience. She currently practices at the Good Samaritan Clinic, and co-owns a concierge medicine practice in Fort Smith. Her interest is in preventive health and wellness, and in Type 2 Diabetes. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice and is a Certified Diabetes Educator.
